I would say it is the female of
Antipalus varipes. But no idea if the reddish colour in the mystax is normal. Better wait for Reinoud. Surely he can clarify this :)

Thanks for clarifying the issue, Reinoud :) I am more used to whitish bearded specimens and this variation sometimes makes me hesitate a little... However the rest of the fly leaves not much doubt ;)
