Ooops, I just realized that the mystax is yellow, if I see it well. In that case this should be
S. scaliger, according to Séguy here:

I am sorry to say that Seguy's Asilidae keys are not only catastrophic but absolutely useless in Russia ;)
Stichopogon is a really difficult genus. There are too many dark issues involving this genus which makes separating species just by pictures nearly hopeless. I don't know whether Reinoud can see something revealing but to me this should be named
Stichopogon sp.

I have to agree, i can't see enough but the third antennal segment doesn't seem red to me and that one thing needed for scaliger, also the black spots on the tergites should reach the sides, at least in Engel. But i simply do not dare to judge.
