What is family of this sawfly? Maybe Tenthredinidae?

I think genus
Macrophya, possibly a male
M. montana (very abundant here in Germany around that time). But I'm no expert.

You are right in genus id, but it is not M. montana. M. montana has first and second pair legs yellow. It's M. albicincta.
