This larva was found by a colleague in a spring in the eastern part of the Netherlands on march 23, 2015. It is a relatively small larva with yellow, golden hairs, no pseudopods, a spiracular disc with 5 lobes and a short hair fringe: dorsal lobe is slightly shorter than other lobes and unpigmented, lateral lobe with darker pigmentation of 1 wide (ventral) band and a sign of a shorter dorsal stripe and ventral lobes with 2 smaller lateral stripes. But most of all the headcapsule is heavily black and almost complete. I can't find anything that matched this specimen. The headcapsule looks a bit like Libnotes, but the spiracular disc is different. There are 5 hypostomial teeth a bit like Lipsothrix with 3 equally long middle teeth and 1 smaller lateral tooth.
Any suggestions?

I have tried to photograph the spiracular disc but this was difficult. You can clearly see the pigmented lateral lobe on the right, but the ventral lobe (below) has 2 smaller stripes on both sides of the lobe. The dorsal lobe is smaller and unpigmented. All lobes have short yellowish-golden hairs.
