Moscow region, a little bit less than E. livida. Empis? Late time of year (10 sept) give me some chance to ID?

I thought that mouthparts of Rhamphomyia is shorter:(.

Mostly yes, but not always (look for example at this one:
http://www.dipter...ead_id=694). And like I said, it is just a hunch that this is
Rhamphomyia and it may well turn out to be
Empis after all (if I can find out what it is, because many details are not visible :().
