I think this could be probably the last instar of Chelifera
The organism is 3 mm length, pink-orange (one of these Chelifera larvae on the picture) and harden to the touch

The setae located on the tip of the anal segment

we see a hook in the end of the organism inside the striated cuticule

They are by transparency trough the striated skin, long processus visible and spines dorsal and ventral
on each segment

The organism pulled out of the striated cuticule shows long processus attached to each segment close
to the row of spines
