Northern Germany, Halstenbek near Hamburg, way along uncultivated area, Outsidefotos: kuv, 29th of April 2015. More ID possible? Please help.

After reading the thread http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=29836 I think that I had taken pictures of the female at the same area.
Is that right?

Hilara belongs to Empididae family, not Hybotidae as written in the title !
