This female cranefly was found on a spiderweb, so the upper part of the genitalia was unfortunately splitted.
(Iberian peninsula, Catalonia: Girona: Beuda: 18-05-2012, 400 masl)
a) Genitalia lateral
b) Genitalia ventral
c) Genitalia dorsal with the "rebuild" upper part
d) Genitalia dorsal without the "rebuild" upper part

The male was found dead in the same locality, 02-06-2011.

Yes the male is a Tipula longidens, but I can't confirm the female.
