Hello together,
06.06.2015, MTB 2424, Hamburg, Germany, in my garden. Is it a female of Neoitamus cyanurus?

A great chance you are right because of the black metatarsi, but females are hard to ID. It might be N. socius with very dark metatarsi (they usually have more red metatarsi)
