Very difficult to determinate correctly a Chironomidae pupa
Sometimes... the exuvie larva yet linked to its body can help

But it's not enough with the mentum design and the antenna... we need more and I think
finally we have to hesitate between a Cricotopus or Orthocladius or... another one
and at the moment, we will be happy just with Orthocladiinae pupa
This pupa was 7 mm length

most probably Cricotopus and the species name is a bit dependand on the habitat, but sylvestris is the most common one in our faunal area. If you like, you can send the larval skin and/or pupa to me for an ID.
