Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown Fly (Rhagionidae??)

Hi!

Does anyone know this fly? The pic was taken in Middle Germany (Saxony-Anhalt, Flechtlinger H?henzug, 2.6.07) in a forest.

Looks like a member of Empidae to me, others on the forum probably can help you more than me...
