hello, I found these larvae in Bavaria,Germany in oktober'14 in/on a fresh dead deer lying in a damp forrest. ...it was an impressive vivid cluster of larvae surrounded by spume

as an addition I took photos from flies present on the corps...maybe it helps by ID.
feel free to ID the flies as well :)

fly1 is Calliphoridae and Muscidae
fly2 is probably Fannia
fly3 is probably Muscidae
fly4 and fly5 are Calliphoridae

I think fly 1+4+5 could be calliphora vicina , but the question on Larvae ID still remains...the flies were just meant to be a hint for possible larvae ID

The larva are most likely Calliphoridae, no Fannidae can be seen on the photo. I cannot exclude Muscidae, but the anal segment in caudal view reminds me of Calliphoridae.

I found a "Key for identification of European and Mediterranean blowflies (Diptera, Calliphoridae) of forensic importance Third instars " ( http://www.eafe.org/Members_area_files/Szpila_key_blowflies_larva.pdf ) which I try to use for ID.
But I ,being a notorious amateur, came not further than Id-ing the larvae as a 3 instar. (Calliphoridae?) as
atylotus already mentioned...thanks for that,atylotus :)

But I'm afraid that the close-ups you will find beneath are not enough helpful for further Identification..
