found in a meadow in a forest near Marburg, Hesse, 2014-06-07. Is it also a

I would say D. rufipes.
D. hyalipennis has "stripe of pale tomentum on pleura complete, with an additional ventral stripe above middle coxa".

I agree, in Dioctria the antennae are placed on hump, Dioctria rufipes has a very large hump much higher than D. hyalipennis.

D. rufipes prefers (here in Germany) the near ground vegetation for hunting, whereas "D.hyalipennis" is mostly found in bushes. Greetings, Ingo
