I wonder if more can be said about this colorful fly.
117117 FRIT FLY Chloropidae 1 Volo Bog, Il 10-12-1994
Very small, I think about 3/16"

Well, besides from the fact that it is indeed Chloropidae, I will refrain from further specifying any thing. They are not easy to identify!
