am I right with suggesting "dioctria ruflpes" for this fly I came across in Belgium, Voeren on July 14th?

Moving of the thread has been done by someone else. The red things on the animals are mites.
Dioctria rufipes looks similar but has a very large hump on the top of the head on which the antennae are placed. Besides that the back of the thorax much less dusted.
