I don't have idea about the family.

Very small (3-4 mm) fly. First exemplar photographed at Pe?iscola, Castellon, Spain, in summer 2006, in wet grassland (near water).

Second exemplar, in my collection, taked at Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, in my garden, in high grass (Mentha, Galium, Cynodon), at 1999.

The most strange are the wings, exactly of the same size and shape of the abdomen, it's looks a beetle!

Suggestions are welcome!
