This was sent to me from Pokhara, Nepal (28.22 N, 83.96 E). Sessiidae?

I think Amata sp. (Arctiidae, Syntominae)

Thanks. Much better match. I could see the wing veins didn't match Sessiidae well but the "clearwing" moths in North America are mostly in that family.
