hello flyforum,
I thought this is Fanniidae sp.?
The wing got a bit green-blue-ish shining.
I found this fly on a leave, some legs are missing?
Perhabs some spider's work?
What kind of fly is it?

The unusual shape of the abdomen and the pronounced mouth margin allow for a species-level identification:
Fannia mollissima! It's a widespread spring/early summer species.
