It?s an image of a Tachinid fly that emerges from larva/pupae of the Cabbage White - Pieris rapae - Could it be a Compsilura concinnata ??

Together with the next picture, you seem to be quite right
Compsilura is relatively easy to rear, however, difficult to find in the field.

Last autumn I collected five caterpillars from my broccoli, all parasitised with Compsilura
