I found this fly in my Garden August 4th, 2013.

Size: 1.5 cm.

Can it be identified?

Location: Switzerland, Zurich, 500 m above Sea level

Tolmerus cf atricapillus, female. Probably but it could also be Tolmerus micans. Without a male not identifiable.
