I was wondering if this fly is Bibio Hortulanus?
maiby someone can confirm this?

Very nice!
This is not B. hortulanus, but the female of B. anglicus, a rare early spring species, mostly confined in NL to the region with the larger rivers. As is this locality....

Interesting comment about
B.anglicus, which I have always thought was quite common - but the 2 sites that I catch it regularly are within 1km of the river Thames :)

It may be common in England but not in the Netherlands. In 2005 the species was first reported from Germany by Jens-Hermann Stucke and me.
