Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Thomisidae eats an aphid

Location: Hungary
Habitat: garden
Size: 4-5 mm
Date: 07-04-07

This spider was eating when I took a photo from it. As far as I can see its lunch is maybe an aphid. Yet, would be more important for me, what genera does this gluttonous spider belong to?

Here in Germany (and I don't think there are less in Hungary) there are dozens of Xysticus species. Unfortunately only some can be determined after a photo... :-/ This one could be X. ulmi.
