This was found hanging from top of some grass, on a like 5 cm string. The laef is most probably from plum tree.
The white stuff was the only thing I could found inside.
Loc.: Slovenia.

My guess is Lepidoptera and possibly Lasiocampidae, especially if the cocoon contains any leaf segments from the tree. The insect would have emerged from the bottom. The white stuff is probably fungi.
