I'd say Osmia bicolor, with the hope of confirmation!

To me, it looks more like O. aurulenta.

Dear Henrik,
after comparing these two taxa, I agree with you in favour of O.aurulenta. Reddish hairs developed on thorax dorsal and ventral side in aurulenta, contrary to bicolor.
