No, it is Anthomyiidae.

thanks, I find those two families confusing but then I am only going by photos.
I had this one as Coenosia tigrina but expect that is wrong too?

I think this latter image shows a Muscid, but not Coenosia and not even Coenosiinae.

First fly Nikita is correct:D. Anthomyiidae Second fly Muscidae Looks like
Phaonia perhaps
errans This is a big, bulky fly.Coenosiinae are much smaller. I will try to get back with a guess at the Anthomyiid and after a second look at cf.
