March 24, 2007, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region. Size 3 to 3.5mm. Very common on bark of trees (Quercus robur, Populus tremula).

No, I'm pretty sure Martin is right.

Lonchaeidae, but not Lonchaea. Earomyia? I'm too bosy (read lazy) to check right now.
