This is obviously an Anisopoda (Sylvicola) sp. But which one?

Sylvicola (S.) fenestralis group. Reliable identification really only possible by examination of genitalia.

Thx Paul, it appears that the location and size of the spots on the wing are quite useless than to determine the flies at the species level. In this individual the spots are very strong compared to some other A. species that I saw (or S. species, depending on whether S is a genus or subgenus).
