Undoubtedly. On of the Leptogastrinae. The European species have a similar built but pennate legs are quite unknown to me.

A splendid shot of a beautiful robber fly (Leptogastrinae): Ophionomima solocifemur Enderlein. Torsten Dikow, the expert on this group, told me recently that he had seen this fly alive - also in Singapore. There is a very nice figure of this fly on pg. 307, in Hull's "Robber Flies of the World."
