The predator, I know, is an Asilidae.
And the prey, that is very commum here, I believe is an Ornidia obesa.
But someone can tell me which the genus of Asilidae?

You're welcome Antonio. Except, I must admit, that the claws of this fly are now looking somewhat 'blunt' at the tips -- which means that it is in the closely related genus Amblyonychus instead (which may actually be just a subgenus of Promachus).
