Using my old Crystal Ball..I reckon they were taken in Humbie, [just outside Edinburgh] Scotland.

The old ball doesn't provide dates though :S

Almost. I got them in Ormiston, East Lothian, Scotland. I don't live in Humbie anymore.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking, and I think the last one is E. horticola.
I've been reading Stubbs book all day. :D
