This one (size about 3 mm) looked a bit like Platypalpus but moved as fast as Tachydromia.
It's from June, in a forest in Southern Limburg.

Probably it is a
Tachydromia (with those darkened wings) but I have to dig into the books to sort it out.

Hi Paul,
This is not Tachydromia and even Tachydromiinae.
Most probably Euthyneura gyllenhali (Zetterstedt, 1838).
