Sadly this is as close as I could get, as I only had my panasonic with me-I was out with the kids.

I'm inclined to think this is a colour variety of the common
Philaenus spumarius, but there is a closely related species,
Neophilaenus lineatus which has a similar appearance. The species are distinguished by the shape of the forewing, but I can't see that clearly from your photo.
