Today I photographed an unknown fly in west-germany. Can anybody help me with the identification of these yellow fly?

Today I found another picture of the same(!) fly. I photographed this picture 2-3 minutes later. The quality of this photo was bad. Therefore I packed it into the second file "failed photos".
Perhaps does one see more now?

Or perhaps Phaonia rufiventris, which is supposed to have narrow dark bands across the abdomen on the margins of the tergites, as seems to be the case in the upper photo.

Hello!
If I read it correctly,
Phaonia subventa often has a black band in the middle of the abdomen, which I believe to see on the first photo.
