Hi, eguzki. This spider is undoubtedly of the genus Chieracanthium. It is an adult male. It is hard to say what species it belongs to, the palpal organs need to be examined, but the reddish median abdomen stripe points the species Ch.erraticum or Ch.pennyi. At least, these two spider species are most common in Europe. Also, the species Ch.montanum is described for Hungary and Romania.
See also Ch.erraticum male on the picture attached.
Best regards, Sergey

I agree with Sergey. A male Cheiracanthium sp. Species is much more hard. :)
