From what I see, there is more probability of U. solstitialis, but with minor reservations for terebrans / mauritanica

This particular male hase more typical mauritanica-like pattern; however, dark femora are never present in Eastern European specimens, but apparently are common in Iberian flies. That is why I cannot be sure not knowing host plant or seeing female aculeus tip

They were in the same Lamiaceae plant
