This one came to the garden light last night.
Can anyone help with the genus?
2-3mm
Appears to have spiky yellow genitalia

Psychoda sp. There are many species in this genus, which are very similar, and only distinguishable for a handful of people with the right expertise.

P. alternata, which inhabits the drain water, is probably the most likely candidate if the midge was caught near habitation.
