After some searching I found an article with description of Oriental Sepedones (http://www.lib.kyushu-u.ac.jp/esakia/es11/1.pdf).
So, this male with dark brown forehead (not black as it seems by photo) and twisted fore basitarsus is Sepedon plumbella.
If nobody will be contre this ID, I'll send image for Gallery:D
