Location Muzlja field(Muzljanski rit),from Zrenjanin,Banat region,Serbia

Hymenoptera - moved to the correct forum ;)

It is difficult to see the second pair of wings but the venation and overall appearance should indicate Hymenoptera.

Systropha sp is right - it's a male, typical are the last three antennal segments formed as a triangle.
