Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Platypalpus, is that correct?

Can somebody confirm that this tiny fly belongs to the genus Platypalpus? Is it possible to id the species? It's been captured in winter wheat crop in Central European Russia last year.

Sergey: This species belongs to Platypalpus pallidiventris-cursitans group, no identification to species possible in your image case.
