From the host & size I'd say it must be a braconid of the Aphidiinae :)

Probably Diplazon tibiatorius (THBG, 1824) female, parasit of larvae Syrphidae.

Indeed, Ries van der Hout told me it looks like a Diplazon, a parasit of Syrphid larvae.

Probably Diplazon tibiatorius female

Sometimes the egg is deposited in a plant louse or an egg of syrphe, the egg awaits the passage of a larva of syrphe or that the larva of syrphe grows to eat it!
