I think this might be an Anisopodidae sp, and so Sylvicola sp. From midwest Sweden 2006-10-12. The five species of Sylvicola found in Sweden are S. fuscatoides, S. fuscatus, S. punctatus, S. stackelbergi and S. zetterstedti. I think this one was smaller than the Sylvicola zetterstedti I found before. It was found on a pile of apples laying on the ground. I found several nice flies on or near those apples.

Is it possible to ID? If not, can you confirm that it is Anisopodidae?

I keep silence because I can't say more than Sylvicola sp.;)

I think the group where this one falls really needs confirmation by examination of the genitalia. So keep it at Sylvicola.
