First of all is this diptera ? Small very active mettalic green. Some of Hymenoptera also are showing similar activity.

Hymenoptera, perhaps Chrysididae!

Definitely Chrysididae - the ruby-tailed wasps ;)

Maybe Trichrysis cyanea is an option.
