These yellow-spotted creatures were found under a bark of beech in a wood. Can anyone give my some indications?

Diplopoda perhaps - millipedes. I say this mainly by the way the creature closes itself when rolled up. Woodlice (Isopoda) like Armadilodium spp. tend to be bad at sealing themselves and the nose and tail come together rather like the old 1980s PacMan game ... but the pill millipedes tuck their heads inside completely. :)

This is a species of Glomeris (Diplopoda, Glomeridae), but which of the 62 European species, I wouldn't like to say!
