Hello friends,
Again used intkey and it got me as far as Anthomyiidae, Fanniidae, Muscidae or Scathophagidae. Scathophagidae are out. So are Fannidae I think. So that leaves Anthomyiidae and Muscidae. I put my bet on Anthomyiidae. Did I hit the jackpot?
Thanks,
Andr? Jas

Hey guys,
Is this too easy or too hard? :D Any comment would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Looks like
Helina depuncta (Muscidae). Does it have three postsutural dorsocentral setae and three sternopleural (katepisternal) setae? Hard to tell. Perhaps it has 4 sternopleurals, in that case it is not
depuncta. In any case I'd call this a
Helina.

Thank you Kahis. On the original images I can see it's got 3 postsutural dorsocentral setae, but I can't make out how many sternopleurals it has. So that makes it Helina sp?
