With that amount of markings in the wing, I'd rather suggest Limoniidae, but maybe there are mediterranean species of Trichoceridae with wings marked like that.

I agree with Paul, this looks like a typical Limoniid crane fly. Trichoceridae should not have a patterened wing, and also should have more long antennae. Similar crane flies were within the Limnophila genus, but let us wait for Chen Youngs opinion.
