Found these two today whilst wasp hunting - both on my car :)
Any ideas

Small flying adult 0.98mm body length
Arthropod (think there are 9 or 10 pairs of legs) 0.4mm body length

First one is a thrips (Thysanoptera).
The second is a mealybug (Hemiptera, Pseudococcidae) e.g
