Hello,
Since there is so much knowledge on the forum about mysterious wasps, here are my own tiny green wasps :
Would
Torymidae and even
Torymus be stupid?

I'd guess Torymidae - but then again, that's just going on the fact it is metallic bottle-green with a long ovipositor :)
