01.10.06, Side, Turkey.
Some chalcid wasps were also present there. Size around 5mm. They were definitely oviposing, but in the dead flesh or in maggots, that's the question.
Maybe a Brachymeria sp., Chalcidae? I know some Diptera parasitoids belong to this genus.

I would agree with Brachymeria, Chalcidae. In Japan I made photos of very similar wasps, which were identified by an expert as belonging to this genus.
