Please assist in identifying this wasp .. I believe possibly a Apocrita, Ichneumonidae, Enicospilus , but have found images for elsewhere in the world that would suggest Macrocentrinae - Macrocentrus ?

Found in the Johannesburg region, Gatuteng province, South Africa, March 01 2010, in the evening

thank you
