Ichneumonidae sp. is the correct name? Thank you very much.

Looks like Symphyta to me - a sawfly (no waist and the body shape looks very Tenthredinidae)

I agree with ChrisR!
I think it has 2 spurs on tip of fore tibia and has costal cell (as Tenthredinidae!!)
